Scheduling a Lesson
You can Schedule a Lesson from the Virtual Training page in our main menu, and you always pick the trainer you'd like to work with. You can read about our trainers under About Us > Meet The Trainers. Each trainer has their own profile, and you can book a lesson, or purchase a package from there as well.
If you're logged in to your account, you can navigate to "Book By Trainer" in the Members Area Menu.
When you select the trainer you'd like to work with, you'll be taken to a calendar displaying their live availability.
By default, you'll have a calendar pre-filtered by the trainer you chose. You can uncheck the filter to see availability of all trainers. When you select a Date & Time, you'll only see the trainers available for that timeslot.
Select your preferred date and time.
Choose your preferred trainer (if prompted).
Click Next.
We'll ask for some information about you and your dog to prepare for your first lesson.
Finalizing Your Appointment
Select your payment method and confirm your appointment.
Once your appointment is booked, you can add it to your calendar. You'll receive email and/or SMS notifications, and your trainer may reach out before your lesson.
You may be asked some of the same questions twice. The questionnaire for training comes to us, but the information in checkout stays encrypted and unavailable to us.
Buying a Package of 3 Lessons
If you choose to purchase a Package of Lessons, the sign up process is the same EXCEPT you don't schedule a lesson until after your purchase is complete. Once your purchase is complete, you will Log In to our members area and navigate to our Book by Trainer page and schedule a lesson with the trainer you purchased a package for. This can also be accomplished from our Virtual Training page.
At the end of your checkout, ensure you are using a Lesson Credit (this is selected by default), and finalize your appointment.
Sign Up for an Account
You can sign up for an account at any time by clicking the Log In button at the top of any page. By default, you'll see the Log In screen, so make sure to click "Sign Up" to create an account. You will also be prompted to sign up when you schedule a lesson.
You can quickly link your existing Google or Facebook account or create account credentials using an email address.
If you choose to manually sign up with an email:
Enter your preferred email address (we'll send a confirmation).
Create a We Speak Dog Account password.
Note: For best security practices, use a unique password that’s different from the one you use for your email account.
Confirm your email address.
You're In!
Why do we ask everyone to create an account?
Your We Speak Dog Account gives you access to our Member's Area, which you can reach by clicking the Log In button at the top of any page. This account serves as a central hub for:
Scheduling lessons,
Reviewing upcoming appointment details,
Rescheduling appointments,
Checking order history,
Purchasing additional lessons,
Updating contact information, and more.
We plan to expand our offerings over time, and we'll add to our Members Area along the way!
