Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Cancellations or rescheduling are unavailable within four (4) hours of the scheduled appointment time. No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled virtual session without notice, We Speak Dog may, at its discretion, offer a one-time make-up session or count the session as used. Booking Window: Lessons are unavailable within 21 hours of the time of booking, to ensure we are able to prepare. You may book up to 90 days from now. Credit Card Policy: We take your credit card information at the time of booking, but you won't be charged until your appointment is approved by your trainer.
