Bonnie started training her first dog in 2017, and within a few years she was competing on the world stage. She's now a two-time Freestyle Flying Disc World Champion, and continues to compete at the highest level. It's a title that represents the pinnacle of success in the sport, demanding not only a high level of training and skill, but also an incredible bond between handler and dog.

These days, she has six dogs who perform at live events and in stadiums around the country. They've also worked on commercial sets and other media productions; nailing specific behaviors on cue, staying focused under hot lights and camera equipment, and performing reliably take after take. Her dogs have proven that her training can stand up to both the high energy of live performance and the precision required for professional production work.

Her crew competes in disc, agility, tricks, and dock diving. Training across different disciplines has taught Bonnie what makes dogs tick and how to help them succeed in all kinds of situations. Bonnie loves working with people and their dogs, whether they want to compete or just teach their dog some cool new skills. Every dog is different, and figuring out what clicks for each team is her favorite part of the job.
